Please note: Cancellation/No show fee We understand that you may sometimes need to reschedule appointments. When we make your appointment please understand we are reserving time for you to see your beauty therapist. This courtesy makes it possible to give the best service here at Glowing Goddess Beauty. If you need to reschedule an appointment please call the clinic as soon as possible or call at least 48 hours in advance. Cancel for free up to 48 hours ahead, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the service price for late Cancellation\ Rescheduling or 100% for not showing up. “Cancellation Policy : • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge. • However, cancellations due to sickness will be exempt from charges for the first occurrence. • Subsequent cancellations due to sickness will follow the standard policy. • Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
